1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products. We may verify your age before shipping; orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 15 days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the options you choose. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather. Some states restrict tobacco shipments; if we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
