Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 15 days after payment (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Shipping Rates & Delivery: Standard and expedited options available; delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- International Shipping: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees; delivery may vary by destination.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not liable, but will assist in filing a carrier claim.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return Policy: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags/packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Process: Email cigarsangelo@gmail.com to initiate; approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Damages/Issues: Inspect orders on receipt and contact us immediately for defects, damages, or wrong items.
- Exchanges: Return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement.

Refunds
